These terms and conditions apply to all wines and spirits or services supplied by Naultia Wines to you («the Customer» or «you»). Naultia Wines is a trading name of Naultia Consulting Limited (company number HE 176884, registered 16.05.2006, VAT Number: CY 10176884B) whose registered office address is at Gr. Xenopoulou 17 P.C. 3106, Limassol, Cyprus («Naultia Wines», «we» or «us»).

Order placement
It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to anyone under 18 years of age in the UK and Europe. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
You may order wines or spirits by the various methods mentioned below. You have a right to cancel such orders, please see the paragraph “return of goods / cancellation” below for details.

We speak and read English, French, Spanish and read German. You may place your orders in any of these languages.
Our contract with you
Your order is an offer to buy from us. There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we accept your order and, in the case of wines to be delivered to you, when we actually dispatch the wines to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods or services to you without giving any reason. At the moment we accept your order and payment or in the case of delivery of wines, when the wines are dispatched, a contract will be made between you and us.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the wines. This might be because certain wines are out of stock, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the goods or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline, you have specified.
Description & Prices
The description and prices payable for the items or services that you order are set out in website, price list and/or in our emails. If, by mistake, we have underpriced an item, we will not be liable to provide that item to you at the stated price. We will notify you before we dispatch the item concerned or, if we are not dispatching an item, within 14 working days of our acceptance of your order and we may cancel your order and refund you any payments you have made. You may also agree to pay the correct price in which case we will proceed with your order. In the event that you have been overcharged by mistake for any item dispatched, a full refund of the difference will be credited to your account.
We reserve the right to change our prices. Please refer to the latest price list or our website for all current prices.
Prices listed for wines are quoted per bottle and per case and exclude VAT unless otherwise specified. We may also state the price with VAT for your convenience.
Prices are subject to currency and market fluctuations, changes in duty and VAT as well as stock remaining unsold. All prices are stated in Euros.
Payments
We will accept Visa, MasterCard or interbank transfers made to our bank account soon. Transfers of money or credit card authorizations not being confirmed by the respective banks may delay orders. Please note that it is the Customer’s responsibility to contact your bank to speed up this process if the order is required urgently. Credit cards are always debited in Euros (EUR). Please note that payment shall be paid in full at the time of ordering. After we agree and confirm your order we will send you an invoice and a payment link if you select to perform the card payment.

Bank transfers shall be made in Euros or by agreement in Pounds Sterling (GBP) or US Dollars (USD).
Please allow 2-3 business days unless we receive the bank notice that the funds are received, unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.
Late payment
If we search and buy any wines for you that you have ordered and which are not in our stock and you have made only a partial payment for such an order by our written consent, you are obliged to make the payment in full after we receive those wines on our stock. If payment is not received by the requested due date, we may charge interest on the overdue amount at the yearly rate of 10%. This interest shall accrue on a daily basis from the due date until the date of actual payment of the overdue amount, whether before or after judgment. If demanded the Customer must pay us interest together with other debt collection charges incurred and the overdue amount.
Debt collection for non-payment
Without limiting our right to recover any sum due from the Customer at any time, we may, at our sole discretion, invoke our debt collection process as follows:
- The Customer will be contacted by either email, letter or telephone and payment shall be arranged immediately. Notice will be given at this time that at the next contact for payment an administration fee of 50 Euros will be charged.
- If after 60 days from the invoice date the debt remains unpaid, an administration charge of 150 Euros will apply to the Customer’s account.
- Should the debt remain unpaid at 90 days from the invoice date, a further administration charge will be applied to the Customer’s account.
- We reserve the right to carry out any additional or other methods to recover the debt, including issuing proceedings.
- Preferred method for overdue payment is credit card or bank transfer. If you choose credit card payment, we may levy a surcharge to cover handling and administration costs as follows: MasterCard/Visa 2% of total invoice inc VAT.
Delivery
All the wines in our price-list or website are available for immediate delivery all over the world except the countries where specific regulations apply and unless otherwise stated. We use a network of experienced shippers to deliver your order. The price of the delivery will be calculated after we receive your order and delivery address. The quote will be send to you via e-mail for your confirmation. The delivery price will depend on the delivery address, quantity of the bottles ordered and the bottle formats.
The duty paid wines can be delivered over European Union within 3 business days and over the UK within at least one week after your payment is received.
Please note that all orders will be re-packed in export cartons to ensure safe delivery. The original packaging will not be sent separately. Please contact us should you require the original packaging.
We will make every effort to deliver all your wines in the agreed time, We will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
Overseas orders may be liable to import taxes in the destination country, which the recipient shall be liable for unless paid in advance at the time of placing the order.
Your delivery can be insured upon your written request at 1,2% of the insured value.

Collection
If you stipulate at the time of placing your order, it is possible collect from our Warehouses in Barcelona or London depending on stock. Your order will be available for collection for 14 days from the date on which your order is accepted and paid in full, after which we will charge you 0.20 euros per every storage unit per week.
Quality Guarantee and Policy
We are committed to providing our customers with a high level of service and are equally committed to ensuring we provide a safe and legal product. All the bottles we dispatch are in perfect conditions (unless otherwise specified). On your request, we will send you photos of any or all the bottles ordered by you. We take full responsibility for the fact that the wines will be delivered to the Customer in the same condition as they were in the photos provided. If any bottle is damaged during delivery, which will be confirmed by the Customer in writing at the time of receipt of the order and with the provision of appropriate photos, we will replace such a bottle from our stock. If we are unable to replace the bottle from our stocks, we will offer a credit to the replacement value of the wine. We will ask for the return of the bottle in question.
All the replacements and/or credits are possible only if we receive the notification 24 hours after the order has been delivered to the Customer.
If a wine has been kept too long or stored inappropriately by the Customer, it may turn to be faulty. We may not be able to offer a refund in such cases.

Receipt of Goods
The goods delivered should be inspected by the Customer as soon as possible. Please notify us immediately of breakages or wine shortages. We are unable to guarantee credit or replacements unless we are notified within 24 hours of delivery of the order. Please be aware that multi-case orders can become separated. If you do not receive the balance of your order within 3 working days of the first delivery please contact us.
If you know that you will not be at the delivery address at the time of delivery and wish us to leave your order in a safe place, please advise us. We regret that neither our carriers nor we can accept responsibility for any subsequent loss or damage, which occurs once the consignment has been left. Availability / Substitutes
All wines and spirits are subject to availability. We try to ensure that all wines and spirits we publish in our price-list or web-site will remain available throughout the life of the list. However, some items will inevitably go out of stock and we therefore reserve the right to select and offer you a substitute (of equal or higher value) to the wine you have ordered, giving you prior notice of it by e-mail and after we receive your consent with such a substitute. If we are unable to supply a particular item, or do not supply a substitute, we will not be liable to you except to ensure that you are not charged for that item.
Ownership
All wines and spirits ordered remain the property of Naultia Wines until payment is received in full. Title to the goods shall not pass to the Customer until we receive payment in full for those goods that we have supplied to you in respect of which payment has become due.
Goods will become your responsibility from the time we deliver the goods to the address specified in your order or you/a carrier organized by you collect them from us.
Privacy Policy
Please note that in certain cases we may run a credit check on customers; this will be kept completely confidential. You have a right of access to all information we hold about you. Change of address
It is the responsibility of Customers to notify us promptly of any change in their contact details.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions will be subject to the laws of Republic of Cyprus. We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. If you are not happy with the way, we deal with any disagreement and you want to take court proceedings, you must do so in the courts of Cyprus.
Nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer.
